How Papa Community Works

STEP 1

Start with a virtual doctor visit

You'll have a brief video appointment with a Papa Community doctor to discuss your health and daily needs. Together, you'll create a personalized care plan.

STEP 2

Connect with your Care Advocate

Your Papa Community Care Advocate will call you to learn about your situation and what would help you most.

STEP 3

Get ongoing support

Your Care Advocate is with you every step of the way to help you find and apply for local programs and services. You can reach them by phone or text message anytime.

Covered by Original Medicare (Part B)

Papa Community is covered by Original Medicare (Medicare Part B) in Florida. This means if you get your benefits directly through the federal government and use a Red, White, and Blue card, we accept your insurance. If you have additional coverage through Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap) or Medicaid, your out-of-pocket cost is as low as $0.

We currently do not accept Medicare Advantage plans. If you have a Medicare Advantage plan (like HMO or PPO plans from UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Aetna or Florida Blue), we are not able to support you at this time.
